Claire Danes (who plays Carrie), Mandy Patinkin (Saul) and Nazanin Boniadi (Fara) gathered for interviews in a new behind-the-scenes video where they discussed Homeland Season 4.

Homeland Season 4 Premiere Titled 'The Drone Queen,' With Carrie Working In Islamabad & Kabul

This is quite a change from past seasons of Homeland, which found most of the characters set up at Langley. The series has moved its shooting location to Cape Town, South Africa, which is intended to double as the Middle East.

As Danes notes, the season will be taking place in Pakistan and Afghanistan, where Carrie has accepted her new role as Station Chief.

Meanwhile, Patinkin does not like to know what's going to happen ahead of time, saying that he too plays the guessing game when it comes to what's ahead. He adds, "I love being wrong."

He also quips, "I wouldn't be shocked or surprised if there are shocks and surprises."

The series is moving on without one of its main stars Damian Lewis, who played Nicholas Brody in the first three seasons of the show. The character died by hanging in Iran in the Season 3 finale. The Brody family will also not be featured in Season 4, including wife Jessica (Morena Baccarin) and daughter Dana (Morgan Saylor).

Homeland Season 4 premieres Sunday, Oct. 5 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Showtime.
