Beyoncé has apparently garnered advice from her celebrity best friend Gwyneth Paltrow as she faces rumors that she and her husband Jay Z are heading for a split.

A source close to the situation told Hollywood Life Sunday that Paltrow, who is currently going through her own divorce with Chris Martin, is helping the Halo singer keep her marriage afloat.

"Beyoncé has been leaning on Gwyneth for support and advice on how to best handle her rocky relationship with Jay Z. Gwyneth adores both Beyoncé and Jay Z, so it's not like she's taking sides. But her main words of advice have been to take things slowly and to not rush into making any drastic decisions."

The insider added that the Iron Man 3 actress has advised Beyoncé to take a break from being in the spotlight and focus on she and Jay Z's 2-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter.

Still, rumors continue to swirl that Beyoncé plans to take her alleged issues with her husband over to Paris as they take their On the Run tour across the globe.

A separate source said, "There has been discussions that during the Paris shows next month that Beyoncé may sing an older song to make a point to Jay Z, and that song is Say My Name. It pretty much says it all and is something to make a point so the whole world knows where she's coming from."

Beyoncé and Jay Z completed the North American leg of their tour in San Francisco and head to Paris to close it out. Rumor has it that they will announce their split.
