Love her or hate her, there's no denying that Bethenny Frankel is one of the most honest celebrities in the entertainment world right now. The former Real Housewives of New York star got 'real' when she showed off a throwback photo of herself as a teenager for her Twitter fans last Thursday.

In the photo, which she captioned as "Holy Hair!" a teenaged-Frankel is posing for the camera in what looks like a glamour or school portrait shot. The SkinnyGirl mogul looks almost identical to her teenage self, proving to her fans that she's never gone under the knife to change or enhance her looks.

Meanwhile, it looks as though Frankel might be ready to walk down the aisle again. Rumor has it that her boyfriend Michael Cerussi is set to propose to her.

According to a new report, Frankel is even on board with the possible proposal and engagement with her new beau.

"He's been telling pals that Bethenny is the one," an insider tells Life & Style, on Friday. "They've become very close since they started dating late last year. She met his mom; he's met her daughter Bryn - they've pretty much spent all summer by each other's side."

Just last week, the couple was spotted enjoying a fun-filled day at a Hamptons amusement park along with Frankel's 4-year-old daughter Bryn. According to the Daily Mail, Frankel looked "carefree" as she carried her daughter while the couple enjoyed the park's rides and even whizzed down a pink slide together.

Cerussi, 34, was even seen wrapping Frankel protectively with his arms while the trio squeezed in a green car waiting for a ride to start.

Frankel even recently admitted that things are finally going great for her in her personal life as she shared a selfie on her Instagram account and wrote, "In a good place today - literally and figuratively."
