With The Expendables 3 hitting theaters on Friday, many fans are already looking forward to the next movie and who will show up to join the team. But one name floating around seems to have everyone perplexed.

'Expendables 3' Stars Talk About Action Legends & Who Will Be Next To Join The Team

Speaking with Entertainment Tonight on Monday, some of the cast members addressed a rumor that pop singer Justin Bieber would be joining for the fourth installment of the action franchise. According to them, it is not in a role many would think.

"We need someone to stir the tea," joked Jason Statham, who laughed about the possibility with Wesley Snipes.

But star Sylvester Stallone came to the defense of Bieber. "Anything is possible," Stallone said. "Disregard these two sarcastic [guys] ... [Bieber] might put a beating on all of us. We don't know."

While Bieber has not had many large film roles, it would be interesting to see the singer showing up around the likes of Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Harrison Ford.

Outside of having Bieber in the next movie, the cast has not had many discussion on the fourth installment. As of now, it is still up in the air with many calling this movie the last of the series, but the box office could always change that.

The next installment in The Expendables franchise features most of the cast from the previous two movies with Grammer, Rousey, Powell, Lutz, Ford, Bandera, Gibson, Victor Ortiz, Robert Davi, and Snipes joining the cast for the very first time.

The Expendables 3 is written by Stallone, Creighton Rothenberger, and Katrin Benedikt with Patrick Hughes directing. Stallone directed the first two installments. The film will hit theaters on August 15.
