Star Wars actor Mark Hamill posted a photo of himself behind the scenes of Episode VII, giving some insight to what Luke Skywalker's character will be like.

'Episode VII' Actor Dishes On Costumes

The picture that was posted on Hamill's Instagram page on Wednesday shows the actor standing in front of a building that has "VII Now Filming" written across. The actor is wearing a dark grey shirt with a little mouse figure in in his crossed arms. Hamill's hair is grey along with his thick beard, leaving some speculation if Luke will also have grey hair and a beard.

Hamill gives a rather dangerous look as if he's trying to look tough in the photo. This also might cause some fans to wonder if Luke will be more hard-core in the seventh film.

'Episode VII' Might Have 'Something Original Out Of Something Known'

"This is as close as Lava Bear got to the action (since he was barred from the set). Photo by: @nathanhamill #starwarsVII #lavabear," Hamill wrote for the picture's caption.

Most of the details from Episode VII are being kept a secret right now. Domhnall Gleeson, who plays an unknown part, dished to ComingSoon.net on how serious everyone is on not releasing any information about the film.

"There's a guy in the window out there with a sniper rifle trained on you and another one that's trained on me right now and they can hear every word we're saying, and if you ask a question that disrespects the NDA there's just going to be a poof," Gleeson said.

Star Wars: Episode VII is expected to hit theaters on December 18, 2015.
