The big alliance in the Big Brother 16 house remains in power as they prepare to target one of the most popular houseguests of the season.

Big Brother 16 Christine 'Backdoors' Her Former Ally & Burns Another Bridge

After Derrick and Frankie won Head of Household Thursday night, they quickly decided that their fellow Team America member Donny should be the next to go.

In order to make this happen, they agreed to have someone from their alliance throw the Battle of the Block competition in order to make sure Donny stays on the block. Zach was initially offered up to be nominated next to Donny but he quickly decided against it.

The Detonators alliance (plus Caleb) gathered to decide who was going to go up and throw the competition. In order to do this, they drew Skittles at random to determine who would go up on the block. Christine will be going on the block with Donny and they will face off against Caleb and Cody.

This is exactly what happened in Friday's Nomination Ceremony, with Derrick nominating Christine and Donny and Frankie nominating Caleb and Cody.

If all goes according to plan, Christine will throw the Battle of the Block Friday night and she will remain on the block with Donny.

Then, after tomorrow's Veto competition, if Donny does not win the Veto, he will be going home. If he does win, then Victoria will go up as a backup plan and she will go home.

Big Brother 16 airs its next episode Sunday at 8/7c on CBS, featuring the remainder of the Head of Household competition, the Nomination Ceremony and the Battle of the Block competition.
