Phaedra Parks of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Atlanta had no issue with throwing a little shade at her husband Apollo Nida as rumors swirl that the couple's marriage is in trouble.

She's currently suing a woman, Angela Stanton, for defamation after she claimed that Parks was involved in Nida's first racketeering case that put him in jail for five years. During a deposition Parks would not comment on her husband's legal woes, but she didn't stay quiet about Nida altogether.

Radar Online obtained official court documents released on Friday that showed when Parks was asked how Nida and Stanton met, Parks supplied a pretty interesting answer.

"I mean, she's a stripper. She was a stripper. And you know my husband obviously has been one to frequent strip clubs."

But her slight slam toward her husband didn't end there. When asked about Stanton's claim that Nida only has one testicle, Parks gave a confident but sarcastic response.

"The last time I saw it, he had two."

Still, when it came to answering questions about her husband's previous legal battle, Parks refused to answer, prompting Stanton's lawyer to call her out for tampering with the justice system.

They claimed she was "thwarting" what could be relevant information and even accused Parks, who is a lawyer herself, of making"a mockery of the court."

Parks' subtle comments seem to confirm speculation that she and NIda are having issues within their marriage.

Nida pleaded guilty to several charges of fraud after he was arrested for a scam that brought in $2.3 million. He was sentenced to eight years in federal prison on July 8.
