Miley Cyrus was scheduled to attend the 2012 Teen Choice Awards, however, the 19 year-old star was a no show. Cyrus won the award for Choice Female Hottie but was reportedly visiting her fiance, Liam Hemsworth, in Philadelphia. 

Cyrus was spotted on Saturday, July 21, visiting Hemsworth on the set of his latest film, "Paranoia," on the east coast. The young star was wearing her engagement ring, fiery red pants, and a Chanel top. 

Cyrus skipped the Teen Choice Awards in August 2011 because of time she was spending with Hemsworth. 

The Teen Choice Awards acknowledges the hottest young celebrities for their achievements in the media, including--film/TV, fashion, web, and sports. TCA has confirmed that the star studded event will feature Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Jordin Sparks, Zac Efron, Josh Hutcherson, Tyler Posey, Sophia Grace, Dax Shepherd, Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, Jason Derulo, and so much more!

In proper TCA style, amazing live performances will be performed by Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen, Flo Rida, No Doubt, and DJ Pauly D, who will assist as the DJ.
