Supernatural will introduce the mysterious Cole in the season 10 premiere, but Travis Aaron Wade's role may extend much farther into the season.

Set to make his debut in "Black," Cole will be an old acquaintance of Dean's despite having no knowledge of the supernatural world. Wade filmed for the role in late July, but a recent tweet indicates that Cole's storyline may not end in the first few episodes.

"Okay! It's time to train! Got some healing to do so when I get back north I am ready for round II," Wade tweeted on Friday, possibly referencing an upcoming return to Supernatural's Vancouver set.

Work Begins On 'Supernatural' 200th Episode, What Is Planed For Milestone?

It looks like whatever battle left him beat up in the premiere (see photo here) won't be enough to keep him away for good.

"He is someone from Dean's past who is looking for Dean for reasons totally unrelated to what's going on with the demon/Mark of Cain story. He's a guy that has a terrific amount of hunting skills but he's not a hunter in our sense of the word," explained executive producer Jeremy Carver, according to Zap2It. "He has no idea that the monster world exists so imagine his surprise when he comes across the man he's been hunting and he is something other than human. He's a pretty cool character."
