The stars of Teen Mom 2 find themselves under particular scrutiny with new episodes airing on MTV this summer, but that didn't stop Jenelle Evans from getting away on a little vacation of her own.

Evans and boyfriend Nathan Griffith went to see Griffith's aunt this past week. The pair packed up baby Kaiser and the dogs too on Saturday and headed off to the countryside to spend some time in rural Ohio.

After introducing their dog Jax to the horses and spending some outdoor time with Kaiser, Evans tried out motorcycle riding. Her motorcycle Twitter pics on Sunday quickly become the focus of hater criticism, but the 23-year-old seemed to ignore them as she started off the week with an entirely new endeavor.

"Through the trails with my love," tweeted Evans on Monday, along with a number of pics showing her and her beau on horseback through the trails and a wide field.

"Her name is Dolly," explained Evans in one comment, referring to the black horse she'd been riding all afternoon. "She was a very easy and cooperative horse to ride."

Evans posted eight different photos from their experience, admitting that she'd gotten a bit carried away with sharing but that Griffith's aunt took a ton of pictures for them.

Teen Mom 2 continues on MTV with new episodes Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
