Child actress Mara Wilson has taken to her blog to write about her Mrs. Doubtfire co-star Robin Williams after he was killed last week.

The actress-turned-blogger took to her Mara Wilson Writes Stuff page where she said that Williams kind of reminded her of a father. She also said that during the classic film they worked on together, there was a part when Williams' character does an impression of a hot dog. As some may not have known, this was actually not part of the script- Williams apparently liked to add his own creative moments.

Wilson then revealed the last time she saw Williams, which was a few years ago. She was a freshman at New York University while he was filming August Rush. She happened to see him come out of his trailer where she called out to him, but he didn't seem to notice her until she said, "It's Mara!"

The two shared some small talk, but Wilson said that the way he looked at her made her feel like he "truly cared." She also said that she's been grieving privately and avoiding public interviews.

"Doing interviews is usually fun and easy for me, but I didn't feel I could do any then," she wrote. "If I was crying seeing Robin's face on the Daily News, I would not have been able to keep it together on cable news, and people didn't need to see that."

Wilson finishes the blog post by making a reference to one of her famous lines from Mrs. Doubtfire- "we're all his godd--- kids, too."
