Fans were shocked when singers K Michelle and Elle Varner fell out; now the VSOP singer has revealed that she believes Varner took her song and style.

K. Michelle Talks New Album, Reality Show and Working With Idris Elba

She spoke with New York City's HOT 97 and candidly opened up about the origins of the now infamous beef. The Love & Hip Hop star said she played a song called Ride Out for Varner, who fell in love with it. Some time later, Varner played a very similar tune for her.

"She said, 'You like the record?' I said, 'That's my record. Ain't nobody yodeling on the hooks but me.' Then you went to the same producers. I came to [her] like a woman.

"I said, 'This is my record. You can't put that out. That sounds like me.' [She copied my style.] But I said it to you as a friend in a proper manner. I said it to management in a proper manner."

She added that Varner's friendship with rapper Meek Mill also bothered her and played a factor in the already tarnished relationship. K Michelle admitted that she and Meek Mill are friends and she actually had feelings for him at one point. So when Varner tweeted that she turned down Meek Mill after he tried to talk to her, K Michelle was hurt.

"Okay, why would you do that to your friend? But I'm the crazy one. I'm the mean one. I let it slide..."

She went on to clear up why she then dissed Varner when she posted a picture with Meek Mill months later.

"So when you grinning taking pictures with Meek and he posted under the comments that he's posting this picture to her know how real the swerve was. He's still f---ing with you, you know what I'm saying? It was just too much for the attention that she wants."

She added that she is "very, very hurt" by the situation.
