From her unsanctioned battle against the Comescus to her willingness to go toe-to-toe with her superiors, the OSP Operations Manager has proved to be as quick and wily as the best of them. Hetty's (Linda Hunt) decisions surrounding Kensi (Daniela Ruah) and the White Ghost (Matthew Del Negro), however, may have finally pushed the envelope a little too far.

"We actually see Hetty reach a point where she cannot resolve the situation herself," said series creator Shane Brennan, according to TV Line. "She hits a wall, where she can't do any more than what she's done."

Called to Washington at the end of the season 5 finale, it appears the tea aficionado will still be on the defensive when episode 2 rolls around. Set photos from "Inelegant Heart" place Hetty in a courtroom-like atmosphere following the season 6 premiere, indicating that her review process won't wrap up quickly.
