While you won't see it on MTV's Teen Mom 2, Jenelle Evans was there to document her boyfriend's commitment to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge last night.

"Tub fill of ice cubes!" wrote Evans on Twitter Wednesday night when she posted a photo of her bathtub filled with ice water. Apparently Griffith wasn't just taking the Ice Bucket Challenge, he was fully committing to it. "[Griffith] is taking the ice bucket challenge to the next level!" the 23-year-old mother of two informed fans.

While Wednesday night also happened to be the airing of a new episode of their MTV series, the couple had plenty of time to complete and post the challenge before discussing the episode live on U Stream.

Shortly after Evans posted the ice water pic, Evans announced on Twitter that he'd completed the challenge. "Ice bucket challenge!" he declared along with a link to the video. "And wow of course I made it epic lmao!"

Griffith chose to complete the ice bucket challenge in nothing but a pair of short shorts, standing in a tub filled with ice water as he poured a massive cooler of ice water over his head. The reality star stumbled at first, dropping the cooler before quickly picking it up again and dumped the water. He then sat down in the tub and proceeded to splash the water over himself again before hopping out.

Evans, who could be heard laughing behind the camera as she filmed the task, reminded him to announce his nominations. Griffith quickly rattled off a few names before adding one very special name. "And of course," he smiled, "The one and only, my lover Jenelle Evans."

The Teen Mom 2 star has yet to respond to her beau's challenge and so it is uncertain whether or not she will complete the task, but she did have a lot on her mind last night by the time the new episode of the MTV program aired.

Previews had shown this particular episode would follow her divorce from Courtland Evans, a process she underwent earlier this summer to end a painful marriage.

Teen Mom 2 continues on MTV with new episodes Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
