Hayden Panettiere finally confirmed her pregnancy by showing off her baby bump in a new video.

In a video posted by friend Derek Hough on Instagram Wednesday, Panettiere participated in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge after being nominated by Hough. He even wrote, "Couldn't figure out how to post it on @haydenpanettier twitter so I'm posting it for her . #als #icebucketchallenge (Hayden shortly went into labor after this ) Jus kiddin".

The Nashville actress said in the video, "I renominate Kacey Musgraves, you're not getting out of this, Wladimir Klitschko, and my unborn child."

Us Weekly revealed in May that Panettiere was pregnant with fiancé Wladimir Klitschko. "I've lived a very big life, and I don't feel my age, and I feel like I was born to be a mother," she told Glamour. "Sometimes people speak about [having kids] like, 'Your life ends-you're never going to be able to do anything again!' And I'm like, 'What are you talking about?' Motherhood is the most beautiful, exciting thing, and there's nothing that I feel like I can't accomplish while having children in my life."

The couple got engaged last year after a brief split. "They're in similar circles, where they understand the schedule, the work ethic, the social aspect," Panettiere said about dating athletes, as opposed to actors, "but they're not exactly in your industry, so it works out well."
