With Batman v. Superman currently filming, Warner Bros. is wanting to get a head start on the superhero team-up that will follow the movie and work in some scenes with the members of the Justice League.

"The Rock" Still Deciding Between Which DC Character To Play, Could Show Up In 'Justice League'

According to Den of Geek, it seems like the studio wants to film some scenes for the Justice League movie while they make Batman v Superman as a way to get the team-up film out quicker than initially anticipated.

It would be interesting to see where Warner Bros. finally does place Justice League because, as Den of Geek mentions, the calendar for superhero films is becoming increasingly busy and studios may not want to trip over themselves with multiple movies.

What We Know So Far About 'Justice League'

Marvel has already announced that starting in 2017, they will begin to have three films a year rather than two and Sony has already planned a set of villain spin-offs before returning to Spider-Man in 2018.

It would make sense for Justice League to film some scenes while they are filming Batman v Superman as it seems like the movies will have a lot of overlap including cameos from heroes in the latter and the same director in Zack Snyder.

Chris Terrio is currently working on the script and it isn't out of the realm of possibility that DC would want some content together to film so they could start to preview both movies at the same time.

Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, and Jason Momoa. It is set for a 2017 release.
