On the upcoming fourth season of ABC's Once Upon a Time, fan favorite Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) will be hoping to continue his relationship with Emma (Jennifer Morrison), pleasing "CaptainSwan" fans everywhere.

O'Donoghue spoke to TVLine recently about his character and how Hook's relationship will continue with not only Emma, but her father Charming (Josh Dallas) too. There won't be a big time jump in the Season 4 premiere, so Emma and Hook will still be in a good place when the series returns.

"We pick up from where we left off at the end of last season, and Hook really wants this relationship to work out, so he'll try and make that happen," O'Donoghue revealed.

Shifting to Hook's relationship with Charming, O'Donoghue noted that it's better than before but still not fully there.

"They definitely get on a lot better than when they first met, but it'd be hard to trust a pirate, based off all the legends and such," he said. "It's up to Hook to gain and hold onto that trust."

O'Donoghue also promised that Hook would finally get out of his 300-year-old clothing and give himself a modern-day fashion makeover. He added that it may be tough to get the old clothes off, considering they're such a big part of Hook's character.

Once Upon a Time is set to premiere its fourth season Sunday, Sept. 28 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
