Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice are slated to reveal their financial struggle as a result of their legal woes on Sunday's episode of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

The opening scene of the trailer shows Teresa informing Joe of their seemingly overwhelming legal bills that they have to pay. Joe then takes a shot at those who have not stood by them during their turmoil.

He says, "You know what they say. When you're at the top everybody wants a peace. When you're at the bottom nobody cares."

Time is certainly ticking for the reality couple as their sentencing date quickly draws near. Their hearing is scheduled for September 24. They both pleaded guilty to fraud charges back in March including bank and loan. Since then, the drama surrounding their legal setback has been much of Teresa's storyline in the current season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

While she tells her husband their legal fees are piling up, word is that she is the highest paid cast member, bringing in $700,000 this season alone. Still, all of that is said to be going to her bills. But it's not her only cash flow. She has brought in more than $75,000 just for promoting her own Miliana Hair Care Line, RadarOnline reported August 7. She is also paid $4,861.11 a month to advertise for the products from event appearances to simply tweeting about it with her 936,000 followers. The contract has been in place since the line launched on August 1, 2012 and is good through 2015.
