The network has released a preview of the reality TV couple heading into court before they pleaded guilty to several charges of fraud. While it doesn't show the two actually inside the courtroom, it does share the family's struggle before the court date as well as the fallout after their guilty plea to mortgage, bank fraud and more.

Teresa and Joe's oldest daughter Gia has a moment in the clip in which her mom is on the phone speaking to her legal team. She asks what's going on and Teresa holds back tears and shakes her head.

The clip also shows how Melissa Gorga, who is married to Teresa's brother, Joe Gorga, are impacted by the Giudices' legal issues.

Melissa tells her husband, "I let her know that I'm here for the kids right now. You let her know that you're here as her brother. "

Joe Gorga also opens up to cameras and reveals he "doesn't know" if things all ever get back to normal for his sister and their family.

Still, Teresa remains optimistic and said during a confessional interview, "We're going through tough times. But we're going to make it through."

But shortly after she shows her vulnerability and is seen asking God to protect her and their family. She and her husband are scheduled to be sentenced on September 23.
