This week Juan Pablo Galavis is off to visit girlfriend and ABC's The Bachelor winner Nikki Ferrell.

Galavis looks forward to seeing Ferrell, whom he has not spent time with since his birthday last month. With all that plane time, however, Galavis was able to catch up on social media, and realized that sometimes the intention of his posts gets a bit lost in translation.

"The BEAUTY of speaking two LANGUAGES, even with ERRORS, the person YOU want to UNDERSTAND you, always will," tweeted the pro-soccer-player-turned-reality-star late Monday night.

Galavis, who speaks Spanish and English, received a number of responses in both languages, and the general reaction to the oft criticized star was overwhelmingly positive.

This is not the first time Galavis has noted English to be his second language. He made a similar comment earlier this year when he claimed that he had not intended to be offensive when he said that The Bachelor should not have same-sex couples.

Galavis is likely referring to Ferrell when her refers to the person he wants to "understand" him. The pair have been taking things slow since Season 18 of the ABC dating competition ended. Galavis made headlines when he did not ask Ferrell to marry him at the end of the season, though he maintains that he does care for her deeply. Ferrell continues to live in Missouri, while her beau remains in Florida with his young daughter Camila.

At this time, the two have not publicly discussed moving in together.
