CBS has posted new photos on the scene for Survivor: San Juan del Sur, the 29th season of the long-running reality competition.

On the official CBS website, there are eight new photos of the various scenery from Survivor: San Juan del Sur. It is here that 18 new players will play the popular game for $1 million. This season, they are going back to the Blood vs. Water twist from Season 27, where pairs of loved ones will be competing with and against each other.

This time around, though, it will be 18 people who have never played before, compared to the last time the Blood vs. Water twist was enacted with 10 former players and their various loved ones.

As seen from the photos, the San Juan del Sur location looks to be more dry than the most recent seasons, which have all be filmed in the Philippines. Season 21, Survivor: Nicaragua, showed that the location is not as pretty in the traditional sense as locations like Palau, Samoa or the Philippines.

Survivor: San Juan del Sur premieres Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
