The 90s may be coming back with even more revival shows of the decade hitting television screens, as the successful spin-off of Boy Meets World has prompted talks of a new version of another big hit from the decade-Full House.

According to Variety, a potential revival series is in the works, after the success of Girl Meets World on Disney Channel was factored into the equation. Adding to the potential reasons why the family show would come back are that Nick at Nite primetime repeats of the original series average about 1.5 million viewers a night, bringing in new fans to the series who were either too young-or not even born yet-during the show's original run from 1987-1995.

John Stamos, who portrayed the lovable and sexy Uncle Jesse on the series, is reportedly the one spearheading the campaign for a revival, and even hinted that something could be possible on a recent appearance of Watch What Happens Live.

"We're sort of working on a twist on a sequel," he said at the time.

E! News reports that not only would Stamos, Bob Saget (Danny Tanner) and Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone) return, but that most of the original cast has already signed on to the idea and would return if the revival was picked up-including Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner) and Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler).

As of now however, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who both portrayed the youngest daughter Michelle Tanner, have not agreed to reprise their role, nor has Lori Loughlin, who portrayed Aunt Becky.

Loughlin previously also stated that she didn't know if a reunion or a movie would be a good idea, saying, "I don't think there are any plans for a movie. If it were a really good script and a great project, but sometimes I think that it's better off to leave those TV shows as they were and not do reunion shows."

Also not likely to return would be Dylan and Blake Tuomy-Wilhoit, who portrayed twins Nicky and Alex on the show. After the series ended, the two young boys reportedly retired from acting, according to their IMDB pages.
