"I went through puberty right there and peed a little bit," Meyer joked. "I couldn't take Mike Tyson. He's Mike Tyson."

On Access Hollywood Live the actors had previously said Leachman would be on the show. "Cloris was awesome," Meyer said. "We have many, many photos of her doing obscene gestures."

Coming up on the TNT show, Gosselaar will also be directing an episode that Meyer wrote. Meyer told  Zap2It that Gosselaar was totally up for the task. "There's no question whether he's up for it. He's overdue. He's been talking about directing since NYPD Blue days. It wasn't like he just showed up. It was never like he looked over and didn't seem like he knew exactly like he was doing."

Franklin and Bash airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on TNT.
