Symone stands next to the screen giving a shocked look with her eyes popped out and her mouth open and pursed. Her hair is in the wild style of different colors as it curls around her.

Since Symone is apparently working on an insanity session, she's probably doing some intense exercises to keep her body in good shape to bring out a healthy lifestyle. And based on her caption, it looks like it's working.

She wears a maroon dress that hangs loose from the arms and has a slit in the front that goes all the way down to her cleavage.
