Awkward comes back to MTV this fall for the second half of Season 4. While the mid-season finale ended with the "legendary" senior ski trip, it will likely be nothing compared to the spring break Jenna (Ashley Rickards) and her friends are in for.

'Awkward' Cast Dishes On 'Juicy' New Hookups

Eva's (Elizabeth Whitson) pregnancy and Matty's (Beau Mirchoff)  potential fatherhood aren't the only things the teens have to worry about in upcoming episodes.

"[There's a] big spring break trip to Mexico for all the gang with a lot of drama," teased Brett Davern (Jake) in a cast interview with Hollywire TV over the weekend (featured below).

As for real life, the actors collectively admitted that they never had any exciting spring break adventures when they were in school.

Mirchoff boasted a spring break spent in Oregon looking at "sand dunes," while Davern joked about his own experience.

"I spent a spring break at my grandmother's house one time," he admitted.

"My mom would never let me go on spring break," added Jillian Rose Reed (Tamara), "No. Definitely not."

Even after four seasons, the actors are still amazed at the overwhelmingly positive response to the show, which started out as a small scripted experiment for the network. Now, however, the show is a big favorite amongst MTV fans.

"Wes' re just taking over," laughed Davern.

Awkward returns to MTV for the remainder of the fourth season Tuesday, September 23 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
