It looks as though the battle between Kate Gosselin and her ex-husband Jon Gosselin isn't over yet. A new report indicated that Jon is trying to get total custody of their eight children as he is furious that they are filming their reality television show specials on the TLC network again.

Kate Gosselin Slams Rumors That She Bullies Her Family 

Sources close to the couple reveal that Kate has been canceling Jon's scheduled visits with the kids. Jon has become so irritated with Kate's disregard for him that he's supposedly ready to fight back, but this time in court.

According to Life & Style's print edition on Thursday, a source close to Jon tells the magazine, "He would love to take her to court and get total custody of the kids. He doesn't want them on TV and doesn't want Kate's influence on them. He'll do whatever it takes."

The source added, "Kate knows Jon doesn't have the finances to fight it, so she just does whatever she wants. [The kids] love spending time with Jon and wish they could see him more."

Meanwhile, TLC has ordered more television specials with Kate and her children.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cable network has ordered additional hours from the reality star and her eight children, although it's not clear how many specials will be released in the next several months.

The site says that this summer's revival of her show earned a strong 2.1 million viewers when it premiered back in June, although that number is small compared to the nearly 10 million viewers she received back during the peak of her popularity in 2009.
