Heather Dubrow is using her fashion sense to help support local business in her area. The Real Housewives of Orange County star posted a photo of herself wearing an "H" necklace from a local business in her area on her Instagram account on Wednesday.

The reality television star captioned the photo with, "So many compliments about my 'H' necklace... got it from the cutest store near Terry's office @AlixandraCollections #SHOPALIX #notsponsored #supportlocalbusinesses."

Meanwhile, last month Dubrow's husband Dr. Terry Dubrow, who is starring in his own reality show called Botched on E!, revealed his wife's botox secrets in a blog interview.

Heather Dubrow Slams Rumors That She Got A Nose Job 

In an interview RumorFix back in July, the plastic surgeon was very candid about his famous wife and what work she should and should not be getting when it comes to her looks and body.

"She had this little wrinkle so I asked her, 'Does it bother you?' She said 'Yes' so I started injecting her at 27," Dr. Dubrow admitted. "But she only does Botox once a year - it lasts forever on her!"

Dr. Dubrow also added that while his wife has never gone under the knife, she recently considered fixing her breasts.

"Those four children just sucked the life out of them," he added. "Her breasts are still good but they are slightly deflated, but equally attractive."
