A whole bunch of new pictures from the filming of season 3 of Beauty and the Beast were recently revealed.

Filming for the season began on August 28 and judging by the shots, it seems like things are in full swing. The pictures feature actors Jay Ryan, who plays Vincent, and Austin Basis, who plays J.T., looking all spiffy in a suit.

Most of the pictures were taken by Stuart Gillard, who is directing season 3 of the show.

One shot is of the directors screen featuring a scene with Chandler.

"Day Two and Det. Chandler gets tough #batb #beasties," Gillard captioned the picture.

Another image is from the interiors of the office where the crew is hard at work on a case.

"Takes a lot of people to crack a case #batb #beasties pic.twitter.com/MQJLu9xhWr," GIllard tweeted.

Gillard even calls Ryan a "bad boy" in a picture which features the both of them.

"My pal and bad boy backing me up on Day 3 #batb #beasties," he tweeted.

Gillard, has been amping up the excitement for the thrid season stating that the writing for the next chapter will be "strong."

Recently, the executive producer of the CW series, Brad Kern, spoke about the what fans can expect from the next chapter of the show in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

Kern revealed that season 3 would focus on Catherine (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent's (Jay Ryan) love. 

"Now that we have the loyal audience, the goal is to make it more Cat-Vincent centric," he said. "We'll continue to build the mythology. Everything else will service and work around that love."

The producer went into some detail about how they worked this storyline from the first season to help build a stronger relationship between the duo. He also stated that the challenge was to see them through as a couple, have them endure the trials and tribulations that might follow. So fans can be assured of the fact that Cat and Vin will stick it out together through the next season.

The season 2 finale, Deja Vu aired on The CW at 8 p.m. on July 7.
