Resurrection is about to take its emotions to an entirely new level when Game of Thrones star Michelle Fairly arrives.

ABC TV Schedule Fall 2014

In a promo for the second season that was released on Sunday, random shots are seen of the big characters, including J. Martin Bellamy and Henry. And then all of a sudden Jacob runs up to his father and wraps his arms around him, leaving Henry in utter shock.

While this is what the show mainly revolves around, more intense moments are viewed when dead people return to their loved ones, changing lives forever. Other scenes like this take place, including children revealing that they died, but came back. The song "Coming Home" by Skylar Grey plays in the background, giving extra dramatic emphasis towards what's to come next.

This is when Fairly's spot can be seen when she makes an appearance as Margaret Langston. She walks up to Henry who looks at her in the most amazed disbelief as she reaches to touch his face.

In a recent report from TV Line, series creator Aaron Zelman revealed how the second season will differ from the first season.

"In Season 1, so much happens so quickly- it was eight or nine days- so it was very reactive," the creator said. "Whereas Season 2 is a bit more, 'OK, this is the new reality- now how do we live with this? What does it mean that people can come back? And what does it mean that people who come back can disappear?'"

Resurrection Season 2 will premiere on Sunday, September 28 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
