It looks as though even Jennifer Aniston has her off days when it comes to her diet and exercise regimen. The Hollywood actress recently admitted that she tried to ease her workout schedule once in awhile just so she can enjoy the "simple things" in life.

The 45-year-old actress, who is said to have one of the best bodies in the business, recently admitted to Bangshowbiz.com that she doesn't keep up with her routine as much as she used to but is also constantly changing the way she keeps fit these days.

According to India Times on Monday, she said, "Honestly, there's always something which is consistent which is either running or yoga, but I love to do spinning, yoga, elliptical. I like to change it up. I go to the gym, do strength training started on this darn climber thing, which is a pain, literally a pain in the a--."

Jennifer Aniston Feeling Pressure From Her Family To Get Pregnant? 

Aniston also added this piece of advice, "Change it up. But also take some time off and don't do anything and enjoy your life. I've eased up for sure in the last couple of years."

Just last week, Aniston sparked pregnancy rumors once again as she was reportedly sporting a baby bump on the red carpet premiere of her new movie, Life of Crime.

The 45-year-old actress looked fuller in a short sequined dress and black blazer that highlighted her midsection. Many media outlets are suggesting that the actress, who is engaged to Justin Theroux, might be expecting the couple's first child. So far though, Aniston has stayed mum about the rumors.
