Cristiano Ronaldo and his girlfriend Irina Shayk may be one of the hottest couples in the world, but how do they maintain their amazing bodies?

Irina Shayk's Boyfriend Wins Game With Real Madrid, But Fans Still Worry About Health

Shayk told Yahoo on Thursday that she keeps going to the gym so that she can eat her favorite fast food. "I have good genes but of course you have to push yourself to go to the gym," the Hercules actress said. "I'm 28. When I'm going to be 35, I still want to look good. My other problem is I love to eat, I love my food. I love hamburgers, I love chicken nuggets."

Shayk said that in order to eat those "crazy meals," she needs to balance it with "working out, so you always have to motivate yourself."

"You cannot wake up and see yourself in the mirror and think 'I look great so I can just relax', you have to always push yourself to be better." Shayk also said that she does "a little bit of boxing, I do the Pilates machine, I work out with my personal trainer." She said she usually works out for about an hour, unless she has more energy and then she'll also go for a run after.

"Cardio's always good," Ronaldo's girlfriend revealed. "It makes you sweat, it's the best. If you love to run, it's the best, just to sweat it out."

Ronaldo has similar feelings on working out like his girlfriend. The soccer star covered Men's Health in August and said he doesn't just do it for his six-pack. "To be the best you can be, you have to be focused," Ronaldo said (via E! Online). "Training your mind is very important. Then distractions are no longer distractions. You can remain calm if you are confident. The harder you work and the more committed you are, the more confident you become."

He also said he works out to "improve" his life. "Tomorrow I will be better than today, and next year will be better than this one."
