Country singer Keith Urban was nominated for four CMA Awards on Wednesday morning, though his winning might be more costly for the Country Music Association than they might have bargained for.

According to Rolling Stone on Wednesday, Urban's nomination for Album of the Year is shared with 10 producers. "But I'll pay for all the trophies myself if that should happen," joked the musician in discussing the possibility of a win for his hit album Fuse.

Urban is also nominated for Male Vocalist, Musical Event, and Entertainer of the Year, which he last won in 2005. This was before his marriage to actress Nicole Kidman (Stoker, Grace of Monaco). It was also before the star had managed to get himself sober.

As for this year's good fortunate, the We Were Us singer is incredibly thankful for all that he has, from his wife and two daughters to his success as an artist. "It took about a year and a half to make this," explained Urban, who referred to the nominations for Fuse as "really gratifying."

"I really threw myself into uncharted territory," he continued, "With predominantly people I've never worked with before, studios I've never worked in, songs by people I've never cut songs by… The support was… extraordinary."

The 48th Annual CMA Awards will be hosted by Brad Paisley and a three-month pregnant Carrie Underwood. The pair have garnered much success hosting the event, having been invited back seven years in a row. The show will air live on ABC November 5 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
