Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney is one of the celebrities who has been a victim of a nude photo scandal this week where she is remaining coy on the situation.

On Wednesday, TMZ posted a brief clip of Maroney as she was walking into an office with her mother in Beverly Hills. When the team member caught up with her to ask about the scandal, she was looking at her phone. She also let out a little smirk to the camera without saying anything.

When she was asked if her fans were being supportive, the gymnast let out a shy smile and responded with "Yeah." She was also asked why she thinks that someone would do something like this, but she ignored the question and made her way inside the building with her mother.

Rumor currently has it that Maroney may have been a minor when the photos of her were taken that got hacked. According to another TMZ report, Porn.com got a hold of these images, but Maroney's attorneys sent a letter to the site demanding that the pictures get taken down immediately, which was obliged.

There's a possibility that the photos of the gymnast weren't even real mainly since she tweeted about the situation.

"the fake photos of me are crazy!! was trying to rise above it all, and not give 'the creator' the time of day.. BUT..," Maroney wrote adding in a picture of Jesus that says, "You Sir, Need Jesus."
