While the odds of Mistresses coming in for a third season are still under the radar, some more ideas are being thrown around on what would happen if it does come back, including what will likely be a rough patch with Savi.

Joss & Scott Engagement Chatter On 'Mistresses'

On Wednesday, Zap 2 It posted an interview with executive producers Rina Mimoun and K.J. Steinberg who dished on how the premiere episode will open if the show is lucky enough to have another one. It would start off with Joss and Harry's steamy beach moment, but Savi probably won't be walking in on it. But that still won't do anything nice for Savi.

"Given that [Savi's] been a character who's been largely in control of every relationship she's had on the show...I think that the betrayal of Joss and Harry is going to destroy her, so we're going to see something from her we've never seen before," Steinberg said.

Chatter On Joss & Scott's Steamy Moment

Even though Savi's heart is lying with Harry, it looks like Dom will still be in the picture mainly because he'll want to work things out.

"Dom's love for her does not wane," Mimoun said. "He will try to get her back and he will try to remain in her life. We adore Jason George and there is still so much left to be played with him."

If a third season does take place, Mimoun revealed that a lot of it will revolve around how relationships can split women up.
