When Chasing Life returns, more is supposed to happen with Brenna's love life involving Greer, but whether things work out between them or not, there's the mysterious question on if Brenna will end up with a guy or girl in her future.

Will Greer & Brenna Last On 'Chasing Life?'

In late August, Haley Ramm, who plays Brenna, dished to After Ellen on how her character doesn't really give herself a sexual identity despite the fact that she's been having a romantic relationship with another female. When she was asked if this could change in the future, Ramm seemed pretty certain that Brenna will probably never give herself an official label no matter what gender she ends up with.

"I think that Brenna is really set on who she is, and really still doesn't believe in labels," the actress said. "Even if I could picture Brenna at 30-years-old, I still don't know if she would be into labels. I can see her liking whoever she's gonna like in the future; whether it's Greer, whether it's not Greer. I think she just sees it more as being loved, and it doesn't matter who the person is, she just cares about love."

Ramm then went on about how playing Brenna is a great opportunity and she's really proud of how her story has been going so far.

"The way I look at it is that if there's any young teenagers out there who are watching and are feeling the way Brenna feels and Brenna can be that example where it's totally normal- and it totally should be, it shouldn't be anything BUT normal- then I think that's really cool and I'm so happy to do it."

Chasing Life is expected to return this December on ABC Family.
