CBS revealed a whole bunch of stills to get fans excited for season 6 of The Good Wife, which premieres this month.

Governor Florrick's Flirtatious Intern To Return In Season 6

The series of images capture many behind-the-scenes moments during the filming of the next chapter of the show. They feature Alan Cumming, who plays Eli Gould, Julianna Margulies, who portrays Alicia, show runner Robert King and recurring actors Kyle Mclachlan, Jess Weixler and Ben Rappaport.

Entertainment Weekly recently reported that Maclachlan would be returning in his role as Josh Perotti, an attorney who was momentarily attracted to Elsbeth Tascioni (Carrie Preston). His comeback seems to tie in with Preston's, whose return was announced previously. Maybe the flirtation will finally manifest itself as a romantic relationship.

An "Internal Crisis" Will Threaten To Destroy Florrick-Agos In Season 6

Here's the official synopsis for season 6:

"Picking up exactly where season five ended, Alicia is adamant in her refusal to run for State's Attorney. Between an internal crisis for Cary at Florrick/Agos and Diane possibly joining her firm, Alicia has way too much to juggle without the additional stress of politics."

The finale for season 5, titled A Weird Year, aired on May 18.

The finale of season 5 concluded with Eli proposing Alicia become a candidate for State's Attorney. A few other big changes were afoot, with Diane (Christine Baranski) deciding to join Florrick/Agos.

Season 6 of The Good Wife will air on Sunday, September 21 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
