It is not question that Disney will want to dip back into the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise with the massive amounts of money it can reel in, but could the franchise also bring in an old face to get back the glory days of lots of money and good movies?

In an interview with Yahoo UK on Monday, Orlando Bloom talked about the experience with shooting those films and his desire to possibly get a chance to return to those movies.

"That whole experience working with Johnny [Depp] and Gore [Verbinski] was really amazing for me. I had a great time working with Johnny, one of the reasons I jumped at the opportunity was because Johnny was involved," Bloom said.

"I was such a massive fan of Johnny Depp growing up so to get up close and personal to Johnny and see how he worked as an actor was just a massive gift."

Could Will Turner return to get into more action with Jack Sparrow? It seems like Bloom is open to the idea, and has shown a willingness to reprise a role after many years like he did in The Hobbit as Legolas. But will Keira Knightley follow?

The actress hasn't said anything, but one has to think if they can reel Bloom in they may try to bring in the whole crew. The next Pirates movie is already seeing the return of Keith Richards as Sparrow's father Captain Teague with Depp back in the lead role.

Pirates of the Caribbean 5 is set to open in theaters on July 7, 2017.
