They already have a small family with their several dogs, but Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco and husband Ryan Sweeting may be planning to add an actual child to the mix very soon.

According to a new report from OK! Magazine, the actress has already begun planning to get pregnant with her husband's child later this year-and is already making preparations in case it happens-including making a nursery and getting her work schedule figured out.

Sources told the magazine that the actress has already chosen a room for the nursery in her Tarzana, Calif. Mansion (which she purchased from Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom after their divorce), and has already painted it yellow.

And in an ironic twist, the room she has reportedly chosen was the one which used to be Odom's "man cave."

"It's so funny," the source told the magazine. "That room was the scene of a lot of partying."

But her home isn't the only place Cuoco is reportedly preparing for her child-she's already taking the initiative to inform her bosses at CBS that she could be pregnant soon, telling them to plan around her pregnancy.

If Cuoco were to get pregnant in real life, it is unclear how it would be handled on the show. Her character, Penny became engaged to her boyfriend Leonard (portrayed by her ex-boyfriend, Johnny Galecki) in the season 7 finale-but the actress said previously that she wasn't sure if the two characters would marry just yet-let alone get pregnant-in season 8.

"I'm hoping next season will involve a lot of wedding stuff, I think that would be really fun," Cuoco told Women's Health. "If I had to guess, Leonard is probably more of the planner than Penny, which would be very funny...Everyone's growing up a little bit."
