While the news of a potential miracle drug that could save John's (Drake Hogestyn) life is good for most people in Salem, one town resident is going to officially begin to worry when news break that it's being administered to him on Days of Our Lives.

Eric Horrified By Marlena's Request

Theresa (Jen Lilley) is the person who actually hit John in the back of the head with a fireplace poker, causing the injury that has left him in a coma. At the time however, she framed it so it would look like Brady (Eric Martsolff) had committed the crime while in a drunken stupor. So far, since the only person who clearly knows the truth of what happened is John, Theresa has remained free of the consequences of her crime.

However, now that Kristen (Eileen Davidson) will inform Theresa of the miracle drug that can reverse John's coma and bring him back, her life could alter dramatically. If John remembers everything that actually happened when he wakes up, he will inform everyone that Theresa was the one who hurt him-and not only would she head to prison, but she would officially be out of the race for Brady's affections for good.

Kristen Makes A Power Move

Meanwhile, the news of the drug is something that had been kept a secret from Brady as per Kristen's request, because she didn't want him knowing she had procured it in case it didn't work. In exchange for the drug, she got Eric (Greg Vaughan) to agree he wouldn't testify against her in front of the Grand Jury-though he warned her there was a chance he would go back on his promise if the drug failed. All of this bargaining went on behind Brady's back.

However, he will now be brought into the loop, as Daniel (Shawn Christian) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will let him know about their plans before they give John the drug-and all everyone will be able to do then is wait and see what happens.
