Farrah Abraham may have been a few enemies after starring on MTV's Teen Mom, but there is one person the reality star has recently credited to benefiting the quality of her life.

"A great therapist once said 'I will always be here for you to support, encourage and challenge you'" tweeted Abraham on Thursday, referring to Dr. Jenn Berman from VH1's Couples Therapy.

Responses to Abraham's post were mixed, from fans moved by these words to critics who claimed the reality star cannot be taken seriously.

Nonetheless, Abraham continues to respect Berman, whom she worked with during her time on the VH1 reality series. Abraham was the first and only person to ever appear as an individual on Couples Therapy, having gone through a breakup shortly before filming and electing to stay with the show anyway.

Now that Abraham is done with the Couples Therapy reunion special, the mother of five-year-old Sophia can focus on her other projects, which include a trilogy of erotic novels, the opening of a restaurant and her own line of sex toys.

Abraham is currently performing as a "celebrity feature" at the Palazio Gentlemen's Club in Austin, which she claims is "research" for some of her upcoming book and film work. Last week Abraham signed a six-figure deal with the club to appear until at least December, at which time it is uncertain whether she will opt to renew her contract or move on to other opportunities.

Couples Therapy began its fifth season this week and will continue to air new episodes Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
