It looks as though Jennifer Aniston is definitely counting her blessings these days as her life can't get any more perfect. The Hollywood actress has opened up about her "happy life" with her fiancé of two years, Justin Theroux.

According to E! Online, the former Friends star couldn't hide her happiness while she was promoting her new film, Cake, while at the Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday.

Aniston told reporters, "Justin is probably one of the funniest human beings that I've ever encountered. I have the great fortune to laugh a lot. We laugh a lot."

She added that she especially appreciated her fiancé's humor while she was filming Cake, in which her character Nina becomes suicidal.

Aniston explained how she connected with her on-screen character by saying, "I just thought she was a beautiful, tortured, layered character. I felt such extreme empathy for her and what she was struggling through and the journey that she takes."

Meanwhile, Aniston says that she recently went unrecognized while shopping at her local Target store.

The 45-year-old beauty said that she was still in character while she went shopping and that it was "liberating" to be glamour free while picking up a few groceries and household items.

She told the website on Wednesday, "We were shooting a night shoot...and we decided what the hell, let's strut on into this Target and see what happens. Nobody recognized me! It was pretty awesome."

Aniston added, "Actually, people felt sorry for me more than anything."
