Amber Marchese has spoken out about her emotional and awkward call to Teresa Giudice on the most recent episode of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey as Melissa Gorga speaks on why she couldn't help but laugh at it.

In the episode, Giudice and her husband Joe pleaded guilty to federal fraud charges and Marchese was very upset about it. Marchese took to her Bravo.TV blog to shed light on why she felt so passionately about Giudice's legal troubles.

"I was having a very rough and emotional day. I cannot share exactly what was going on yet, but I was going through a very difficult time. I think it just all hit me at once, and I was displacing my fears and anxieties onto Teresa. Not that I do not care for her or her family, I truly do. That was absolutely not insincere; I was emotional for personal reasons and just could not deal."

She went on to reprimand Teresa and Joe's daughter for listening in on "adult conversations."

Gorga also weighed in on the moment. She wrote in her BravoTV.com blog Tuesday that she didn't understand why Marchese was so teary during her conversation with Giudice considering they have only spoken a few times.

"My reaction to Amber being so upset was exactly the same as Gia's: LOL! I'm sorry! It just struck me as so funny, and I know tears aren't supposed to be funny, but I think the fact that she has only been in Teresa's presence a handful of times at this point just took the seriousness right out of it. Maybe she's just a crier? Not sure, but I needed the laugh in this very serious episode."

But Marchese still has lots of questions for Teresa. Check out the sneak peek that shows her questioning Teresa about the details of legal case below.
