With the Divergent franchise heading towards a split, two-part finale for the last book, it will mean two more separate movies are on the way rather than just one last one. But could that cause a conflict for one of the more minor characters who has become a big star in his own right?

Miles Teller, who plays Peter Hayes in the series, has started to earn acclaim for his roles in independent films like The Spectacular Now and Whiplash and the actor has moved on to earn his own franchise with his role as Mr. Fantastic in the reboot of the Fantastic Four series. But could that mean he won't be in the next Divergent movies?

Not likely, but he could be headed for a much smaller workload than initially anticipated. While Peter isn't a major role, he was still one that warranted more screen time than some of the other side characters.

Teller is set to appear as Reed Richards in Fantastic Four next year with filming for the movie already finished up, but the actor is expected to return for the role with a sequel right now vaguely planned for 2017. He also has two other projects set for the time between the first and second movie.

It would appear that Fantastic Four is now getting more time than the following Divergent films, which could lead to Teller's role being reduced due to the fact that he has become more of a star outside the series and will want to follow that work instead of doing a minor role in those movies.

Insurgent is set to open in theaters on March 20, 2015.
