The drama between the Braxton sisters heats up once again as Tamar Braxton gets upset with Trina Braxton for implying she has had plastic surgery.

In the new trailer Trina tells her sisters that she remembers always having a flat stomach, but after she got hernia surgery it all changed.

She reveals to cameras, "My stomach is a little thicker than I would like it to be."

So Tamar suggests for her to get a liposuction.

Trina asks, "How did it feel when you got it done?"

It is clear that she struck a chord with Tamar.

While Towanda laughs Tamar stands up and tells Trina "You tried it."

Still, Trina insisted that she wasn't trying to be mean. But Tamar wasn't having it.

"Trina, suck my b****"

Also in the episode set to air Thursday, Tamar and Toni Braxton go at it while the sisters continue to work to complete their upcoming gospel album. Toni says she is having flashbacks back to their teenage days and feels like Tamar is being the "pouty 13-year-old" she once was. Tamar fires back and says she simply thinks Toni doesn't want to sing with her sisters.

The sneak peek also reveals that Gabe comes to visit Trina from Atlanta but the sisters don't seem to be as excited as Trina.

Traci exclaims, "Aw hell naw! Now that's some messed up s**t"
