ABC announced 12 out of the 13 celebrities that will return for the All-Star version of "Dancing with the Stars" that kicks off in two months. The fans will have to vote for the 13th celebrity which will be announced until August 27th on "Good Morning America."
For the first time, the network cast former champions and fan favorites for the 15th season to give them another chance at winning the mirror ball trophy.

The All-Star season premiere will be broadcast on September 24 at 8 p.m. EST.
