Fisher also confirmed that he and Underwood have not begun to consider names just yet, as it is still earlier and they don't even know the sex of the baby.

The 31-year-old singer is also keeping quiet on baby names, having not mentioned her pregnancy on Twitter since the September 1st announcement.

According to OK Magazine on Friday, the couple had been trying for about a year to get pregnant and briefly feared that they would not be able to have children before getting the good news.

Underwood is currently working on a new album and continues to tour the country. At this time, she and Fisher have not announced an expected due date for their little bundle of joy.
