Just after putting their New Jersey mansion on the market, they also plan to list a home on the shore as well as a boat up for sale, Radar Online reported Monday. The home in Beach Haven West served as a vacation spot for the reality TV couple and their four daughters, Miliana, Audriana, Gabriella and Gia.

It has four bedrooms and will be up for sale in the lower $300,000.

A source told the site, "It's being put on the market today, and the sale of the house will give Joe and Teresa money to pay off some creditors, and give them some cash.

"It was a very tough decision for Teresa to decide to sell the house. Knowing this would be their last summer at the beach house was bittersweet for her, but she knew it had to be done."

The home suffered much damage from Hurricane Sandy back in 2012 including flooding. The boat also had a hard hit when it landed on a fence on the side of the house.

The listing will come just after they put up their luxurious New Jersey home for sale for $3.99 million.

The insider continued and said they are "desperately trying to get all of their affairs in order before their October sentencing. It can be a very difficult time for the family, but they are getting through it the best they can."

Joe and Teresa are scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 2. Joe could get up to 47 months and deported after serving his sentence. Teresa could be handed put o 27 months.
