Was One Direction's Liam Payne hospitalized recently? According to a new report, yes. Payne reportedly took a trip to the ER after Niall Horan's birthday celebration.

On Tuesday, The Daily Mail reported that Payne had to visit a Las Vegas ER after he injured his hand break dancing. Payne reportedly got "carried away" dancing while celebrating Horan's 21st birthday.

A rep for 1D told the website that Payne injured himself while "training" but didn't offer any further comment or explanation.

Horan also appeared at Las Vegas nightclub XS with hairstylist Lou Teasdale to see David Guetta and to support opener friend Marvin Humes.

Teasdale also posted a photo on Instagram with Horan from the club and captioned it "Clebbin."

Horan had previously celebrated his birthday early in London because One Direction is currently on tour in the United States.

E! Online reported last week that Horan celebrated at the Shoreditch House with a birthday bash. Among those in attendance included Horan's brother Greg Horan, MTV's Laura Whitmore, Voice of Ireland coach Bessie, James Corden and 1D bandmate Louis Tomlinson along with girlfriend Eleanor Calder. No other 1D members were apparently there, however.

After the party, Horan's brother Greg wrote on Twitter that he loves his brother "more than anything" and he's so proud of him.
