Movie star Ben Affleck admitted that he has some rage going on inside of him, giving some perspective if there are any marriage issues with his wife, Jennifer Garner.

The actor spoke to London's Sunday Times about his anger, as published by E! News on Monday. He mentioned that sometimes it gets to a point where he keeps having to be nice until all of a sudden, the rage can be a little much to handle.

"For me, anger is so deeply buried and contained that when it does kind of come out, it comes out in stronger bursts," Affleck said. "I tend to be respectful, polite, get along, put up with, put up with, put up with... then, when it finally emerges, it's not something I have a ton of control over. I'm not gonna go into a Wolverine berserker rage, but I do have a, I do..."

According to the site, the actor was comparing himself to Batman who he'll be portraying in the upcoming flick Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

While some may be skeptical if there are any issues in his personal life, Affleck made it clear that despite any personal troubles he might be going through, his wife is nothing but helpful.

"She's incredibly supportive and kind and patient with this, but I'll get into this thing of like, 'Oh my God, it's a f---ing disaster. This doesn't work, that doesn't work, I don't know what the f--- I'm gonna do,'" Affleck said.

But then he said that Garner reminds her husband that he's said this before with other movies.
