The film is an adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's young adult spin on Jane Austin's original Pride and Prejudice, and will begin filming in late September. Directed by Burr Steers (Igby goes Down, 17 Again) the production will also feature Douglas Booth (The Riot Club), Jack Huston (American Hustle), Sam Riley (Maleficent), and Bella Heathcote (The Rewrite).
